Incompetence at Autopage and MTN with S4 upgrade

My wife upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S4 on 6 July at Bayside Autopage. She previously had a Blackberry. In the two weeks since that time Autopage / MTN have not been able to get 3G data working. Every single day an attempt was made to get it working but after 14 days we had given up - Autopage and MTN are incompetent. We returned the phone to Bayside on 20 July with box and SIM and requested a contract cancellation. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone as it worked 100% with my sim card. Autopage are now declining to cancel that contract despite that they are in breach of the contract, i.e. you are not able to supply the services that she signed up for - NO 3G DATA. What is the point of having a smart phone if it can't be "SMART"???
If you persist with charging us a cancellation fee, we will send you an invoice for the same amount for the time we have spent and taken away from our work time.
