Vodacom giving their contract clients false info

I went in to vadacom in Alberton city across from the game to get an upgrade, i went up from a topup125 to a topup200 and asked the sales lady what would the rates be per month for my new bold 9790 the bis which was not free anymore when you upgrade. They told me that the new upgrade the bis of R59 would come to a total of R322.00 incl per month i agreed beacause thats what i could budget for i signed the new contract and got my fone. This was in January in April vodacom switched off my bis when i went back to them and asked them whats going on they told me it was only a promotion but my statement clearly said it was a 24month deal. They told me they would sort it out for me and i am still waiting for them to get back to me my phone has since gone up from R322.00 per month to R413.00 per month. I am truelly unhappy because they told me my fone would be R322.00 for 24 months now they just put my fone up and i just have to pay what the statement says and they even charged me double for my bis this month. Thinking of migrating as soon as my contract expires.
