Unacceptable Service & continuous mistakes Part2

I logged a problem last week Thursday and until now, Vodacom has not resolved this problem. I replied to their escalations email last night and I have not received any confirmation/acknowledgement of attending to it. Again, service levels taken to a new low point... Well done!
