I had a query on why I had a R2400 bill on my account. Ever since I had opened the account the bill has always been approximately R90.00 . My last bill for the month of November was ridiculously high. I requested and investigation was told within a week I would have feedback. I have called twice and Imtiaaz is apparently the manage r to whom the query was escalated as feedback was required from the technical department. Two weeks later my card has bend debited for the R2400 and I still have had no feedback. This is really pathetic service considering I have been with Altech autopage for the last 3-4 years. Unacceptable!!
