I have 2 contracts with Altech Autopage and have maintained my account 100% for the past 8 years. in February 2013 i received a cell bill for the amount of R1540-00 and of that bill R 700-00 was for downloads of a sites: [URL Removed] and Mymtn. I have not downloaded anything from those sites and the times they claim i have downloaded is total inconsistent. i have logged a call with Altech and to date nobody as contacted me the "owner"of the contract to explain the bill. the balance owning was debited from my account in full. Its only fair to say that if i have paid for the service rendered then show me what sites and downloads were done so I can look into the matter. we live in a modern society and Altech tells me that it is impossible to advise me of the sites/downloads. THAT IS PURE BS!!! So if I get a bill every month for stuff im unaware of then it will be impossible for me to query and I must just pay! Wheres the CPA when you need it!!!
