Herewith just some feedback from my side regarding my report addressed to Autopage. My initial query was dealt with extremely quick. Many many thanks to Nelisiwe for that. I really appreciate.
I also spoke to her telephonically during the week, where she confirmed that the credit will be passed onto my account. Minutes before I spoke to her, I thought I should just double check my new November 2013 invoice. Another shock. I was again billed for charges not applicable to my contract. I had an old cell phone contract with Autopage last year, which elapsed and which was fully cancelled/deactivated according to my knowledge. Now after a year has passed somebody at Autopage decided to "reactivate" this account and to bill me for it. How can this be? Who authorised this?
I did mention this to Nelisiwe, and she said she would definitely follow up. But no feedback so far.
