No feedback after 2 weeks!!!

I've been a customer of Cell C for 8 years. My average monthly bill for the last several years was below R800. All of a sudden I see that in November my bill went to R3200 a month. Upon investagation of the invoice, this is mainly due to internet usage. I then decided to query what was exactly done on the internet, I know I used the sim once for work related emails which totalled about 3MB, I don't know if anything happened in the background, if so I have to claim it back from my employer. I then decided to mail the customer service centre of Cell C, first mail was sent on 22 January 2013. Waited a couple of days, no feedback. Sent a mail again requesting an update on 25 January 2013, again no feedback, sent a mail again 4 February, 2 weeks after the initial mail, still no feedback... Please is this the kind of service you offer to clients??? What do I need to do to get the required information???
