I have a contract with altech Autopage on mtn. We used mtn loyalty points to download data on 0836003009 Altech blocked the phone and when I called to query they said they are waiting for feedback from mtn. It's been over a month and still no feedback from mtn. I tried calling myself and was told they can't access it because Im a altech customer. I have been a loyal mtn customer for over 10 years! This is ridiculous.By close of business today if I have not had feedback I am contacting my lawyer.
