Shocked at the lack of service

I went to apply for a new 3G contract for my mini ipad. I showed them the device, obtained my sim card and signed my contract. Got home to discover that it was the wrong card, phoned in, spoke to Mark (supervisor) who told me to come in the next day for a swop, I did and was told activation will take 2 hrs. After 4 hours, I had no service, I contacted them, only to be told they'ed look into it. I waited an hour, still nothing. I contacted Stephanie (supervisor) and was told that she would find out and contact me back. Afew hours later I contacted her again only to be told that she was still finding out and will contact me. I never heard from her and when I contacted again, she had left for the day. I spoke to the person who answered and explained my situation, my message was given to those in charge - never replied. I phoned two more times but could never get hold of anyone compentant to explain what was happening. That evening I was informed that the correct card would be delivered to me the next day, it was, eventually. The first card was completely incorrect (too big), the second one was active under another person. Takes 3 days to get a working sim - BAD service!
