We bought an Ipad through FNB. FNB Cellular sales then contacted us and offered us a data contract for the Ipad. We accepted and on the 21st January they delivered the sim card. It was the incorrect sim size (normal cell phone sim card). I phoned them and they sent a new sim card. I received the new sim card on the 30th January. This time it was a nano sim card, and I clearly told them I need the Micro sim card. I phoned the call centre on the 31st and was told that someone would get back to us within 72 hours. It has now been a week and still no response. I tried phoning the call centre again this morning, and every time I select any of the options I get cut off. This is really not acceptable.
