There has been a TERRIBLE accident just outside my house next to Settlers Highway, Port Elizabeth. A truck is exploding and is now on fire. I tried to call 112 and all I could get was a woman who told me that I am NOT in a life-threatening emergency an MTN is going to lay charges against me.!!! My neighbour managed to get through to an emergency line, but I cannot believe MTN's response!!!
