I've been a excellent Vodacom customer for many years so Monday night 02/12/2013 I put an order through for 2 new contract online as my handbag was with all cellphones and I'm TOTALLY offline!! Tuesday morning I phone and try to speedup the process instead of waiting for the call. I wanted a Blackberry Q10 for R279 and Blackberry 9790 for R135. The Q10 on their system shows R299 so I refuse to pay more because they advertise it on the internet for R279. The response is that it's not a problem mam I will have my IT load it and put your order through, so Wednesday go past and I'm waiting for the delivery guy to walk through the door, Thursday morning goes by and later the afternoon I phone just to follow up only to find out that the order was never done!!! The price has not been loaded, and no one knows what to do about it, everyone passing the buck... O and because of the delay I will only receive my phones Monday!!! What has happened to the service in SA, why do I have to beg to buy something from you??? I don't have any way of communication and want my phones yesterday, as I've explained to the first lady I spoke to on Tuesday!!! SERVICE PLEASE!!!
