I was badly let down by Virgin Mobile who've made a series of administrational and technical blunders, so when they failed to upload my contract airtime despite numerous calls on my part and promises on theirs, I complained on Hellopeter.com and got them to cancel the contract. I went to Vodacom, Midlands Mall to port my number and open a contract with them. I expected a long frustrating process. Haseena, who served me was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and a persuasive sales person. Despite the mass of paperwork we managed to port my number and I had Vodacom coms by that same afternoon. Thanks, you exceeded my expectations and it's a pleasure to pay a compliment for a change.
