MTN agreed upon a verbal contract to give me R2000 credit on my account if I renewed my contract. This was not done. MTN I feel you must give me R4000 credit now, because you are literally my money. Ridiculous, untrustworthy, poor quality service, sky high pricing, all of this is just to sum up what a complete useless network provider you are. If I do not hear from MTN within the week, I will be taking further steps.
