I loaded a report last week, I had a reply from MTN. I did not agree with them & sent another email. I have received 2 different recons - from Ms Mhkwananzi - & i agreed with her - a credit of R71.53 excl 2 payments i made in total of R2000. Today i received a complete different recon from ALICE VAN DER MERWE -she indicates the R2000 but still only a credit of R71.53, although previous emails received from her she indicated a credit of R73.51 (today's credit is R71.53. I dont know where she got her figures from, her opening and closing balances does not even telly with my monthly statements. In all the years that i have been with MTN, i have NEVER EVER had this bad service. They are useless & i am surely migrating to another service provider once my 3 contracts expires. I HAVE A CREDIT OF R2071.53, excl my new billing im awaiting for. I will take this further, even if i have to drive from KZN scoast to JHB to prove my point. Im sick & tired of the inexperienced staff at MTN CUSTOMER SERVICES... HOW can i get look at my closing balance on statement 2013-06-07 (R959.04) and WRONG opening balance 2013-07-07 (R1958.58) CLOSING AND OPENING BALANCE SHOULD BE THE SAME!
