STILL NO CREDIT REFLECTING IN ACCOUNT!!!

I used to have a internet connectivity contract, which Telkom could adequately service. I have nearly R1, 200 in credit owing to me. I contact in some months ago to receive the credit to my account. I was told to jump through hoops to get documentation in place to credit the account. Having complied on the request for the auditors to pay me the money that is rightfully mine, I was expecting my credit before the end of November 2013. To date no credit has been passed. The only thing you have done is send me a invoice showing the credit and offering me more services. STOP EARNING INTEREST ON THE CREDIT THAT HAS BEEN IN THE ACCOUNT FOR 9 MONTHS! PAY IT INTO MY ACCOUNT AS ARRANGED. DONT SEND ME MARKETING MATERIAL FOR SERVICES YOU OFFER THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROPERLY SERVICE IN ANY EVENT, AND FOR GODSAKES GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!! JUST BECAUSE A CALL IS FREE DOESNT MEAN I MUST HOLD FOR 30 MIN HOPING TO GET SOMEONE TO ADDRESS AND FACILITATE MY CREDIT!!! GET YOUR SHOP IN ORDER AND GIVE ME MY CREDIT, AND CONSIDERING THE DELAY - MAYBE YOU SHOULD PAY ME CREDIT INTEREST THAT I HAVE LOST DUE TO YOUR INEFFICIENCY!!!
