Logged numerous times on Hellopeter and to no avail either. The same standard response that a technician will be in contact, than to provide location details, than forwarded a document to complete... All steps done and absolutely no change, in-fact just gets worse.
Today at the point of just giving up. Cannot make a single out going call and cannot receive and incoming calls either.
To all reading this, DO NOT TAKE OUT A NEW CONTRACT OR EVEN MAKE THE MISTAKE WHICH I DID OF PORTING TO THIS "NON-SERVICE" PROVIDER.
Would do almost anything to get out of this contract and will probably charge a fortune to get out of this contract even thought it's CELLC that are not keeping to their end of this contract.

They give "free minutes and data" but will not be able to use it.
To the reader of this from CellC, check my account on the amount of minutes and data being carried over, that's because I cannot use it due to your terrible network. Try call me, pleeease, maybe you'll be able to get through.
