Vodacom is UNPROFESSIONAL! Unprofessional. I am Mr Wasif. Vodacom has blocked (DELETED) my sim in the past 3 weeks. My 1st number i have been using over 3 years and this is my business number (0826472351). I have called the call centre over and over again and they make me hold for a long period of time and still cannot assist me. When i asked them the reason they have given me none justing advicing that Vodacom has deleted me off the data base. I have went to the branch and same no reason as to why. VODACOM HOW CAN YOU NOT ASSIST ME AND JUST DELETE NUMBERS OF YOUR DATA BASE. I then filled in a form and still no response. I am now using my other business number 0791444666 since and they have once again DELETED this number. PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY NUMBER REINSTATED. i want reason as to why this has happened as well as my numbers to be active once again and an apology for their unprofessionalism. I expect this to be dealt ASAP!!!
