Hi I am wasif. I logged a complaint last week already in regards to my BLOCKED SIM. Since thus far i received one call from vodacom and they advised that they have sent me a reference number and since then NO RESPONSE!!! I keep calling them and they put me on hold till the call gets cut. THE BIGGEST SERVICE PROVIDER but their service. I want reasons to why my sims are being blocked and want my number reinstated. VODACOM TALK TO ME WHY ARE YOU HIDING???
