ACCOUNT CLOSURE

FNB is getting worse and worse now, they closed my cheque account without consulting me, when i go to the bank they said my account has been inactive for more than 3 months, that's a because i get paid into that account every month but yet they still closed it... that really doesnt make sense.
Now when i got paid on the 20th Dec ma salary had to bounce because my account is close.i never even wanted to have my account close since i have been using it for long.now i struggled to buy closed and christmas things for my family, i had to go to FNB different branches asking the to reverse the funds as its still on OTP but it seemed like their consultants have no idea on how to do those this, they were all clueless, i went to Mall@Reds branch, they couldnt help, i caaled the call centre, they also failed i went to Lifestyle branch in centurion as well, the branch manager didnt even have an idea on what i talking about, unti i met with consultant Patronella and Mahlatsi from Lifestyle, they went an extra mile to assist me, even though it took the whole two day to get some help but those two conslutants are angels, FNB should compensate me for inconvenience that they've caused me.
