We logged the complaint on Hellopeter about our contract special in which we were to receive a Samung TV, only 2 weeks later did MTN respond, merely stating that it will be escalated (after waiting since 2/09/2013) and now, yet another 2 weeks later we still do not have an answer. We are now continuing to lay a complaint with the NCC. We will provide the Ref nr of the complaint as soon as the case has been submitted.
