On the 09/02/2013 i went to the hificorp branch in centurian to take out an vodacom contract the joung lady that assisted us had very little to no clue this entire process lasted about 2 hours at the end of all this she then said that we must now go to a vodacom branch to activate this process we then the following day went to a vodacom branch at mall @reds arriving there they notified me that the lady at the hificorp branch did not do as i had asked, all i wanted was that the contract was to be for my mother in law an she wanted to keep her same number and this had not been done. If you look at the origanal contract that i have not even singned anything and although this is only an franchise is a very bad reflection on the Vodacom name. Please assist in this respect.
