I upgraded my cellphone, but the phone received didn't had a battery. I visited the Mall at Reds branch (26 Feb), and the branch manager Johan committed to get me a battery and call me by the Friday (1 March). Yesterday I called the branch, he was busy and left a message for him to call me back. Up to now, no call and thus no phone to use for me. I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for more than 10 years and this is the way one gets treated?
By the way - this phone number listed for this branch on the internet is incorrect - i had to phone the Vodacom chatz shop to get the correct numbe
