My mom uses the Cell C service network for her cell phone. For months I have had trouble calling her. I am either directed to a mailbox of a completely different number, or told that her number does not exist, or the call simply does not go through. Efforts to contact the customer call centre have proved fruitless, as I am never able to get through (I simply sit on hold). As a Vodacom customer myself, I am appalled at the servce my mother receives from Cell C. It is unacceptable to consistently not be able to contact someone on their cell phone.
