HI Cell C
If you check my records you will see I have had a pretty serious network issue ongoing since I joined Cell C in February this year.
While every complaint through Hello Peter has been answered and attended this seems the only way to try and resolve this!
This situation is as follows:
Despite having a helpful technician over at my office in Cape Town twice, the service available is still not sufficient with call quality shocking and calls constantly dropped.
I would prefer that the contract be cancelled - However on deciding this and calling 084 140 to get this going I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee?
I have had this service for over SIX MONTHS and yes cell c has tried I give you that to rectify the problem however it has not worked and I would just simply like to cancel this service and go through the trouble of getting another provider that works in my area. I should in no way have to pay any fee for this to happen.
Please can someone assist me with this!
