NO FEEDBACK ON ACCOUNT

Over a year ago I spoke to Cynthia Pretorius regarding a complaint that I had regarding my billing and the she confirmed that the correct procedure was not followed. She then informed me that a discount on the total amount will be given and that she would have my name removed on ITC.She was also then going to send me a statement with the amount that should be paid.

My name was removed as my account with Altech Autopage reflected current. But I did not receive the statement reflecting the total that should be paid back and she also said my name would be off ITC but once I start working I can start paying the account.

I have missed on job opportunites cause of the account reflecting badly on my name. I have tried contacting her but to no avail.

Can someone please resolve this issue.
