Incorrect billing/failure to reply to query

Took out a contract for Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 Plus last year.
R199 gets debited every month till now where it was slightly more.
queried the additional amount & have been told that i've been subscribed to a WASP.
explained to call centre agent Zolile that it's impossible as my simcard is brand new in a box & I do not even know the cellphone number associated to the account.
although it may be possible (albeit unlikely) for my simcard to have been & subscribed to these services, i've asked for proof showing how the services were activated & from where but have received my reply since 2013-08-07.
All that was received was an invoice showing that the amount is there but not how it was accrued which doesn't help me at all.
How can I have faith to open another contract if a WASP can randomly use my number for services I have not subscribed to when Cell C cannot even show how i've subscribed to these services???

I'm also still waiting for Zolile's manager to call & explain how I am being billed for those services??
