I am furious. Last Sunday my account was debited R1230. My normal contract payment is R99. I phoned and spoke to a woman whom I could barely understand. I was then told I had upgraded - WHICH I HAVE NOT! After further discussion she said my account will be credited by Monday. I am still waiting! This is a lot of money to simply do without and I request that the amount of R1131 be credited to my account with immediate effect. The inconvenience Virgin Mobile has caused me over the last year with the continuous billing and contract issues is absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed in their service or lack there of.
