After subscribing to their ADSL service, and discovering that they block Windows Updates, (They deny this off-course), I cancelled and chose to take them up on their double your money back guarantee, got a heart-felt plea by email that I should please re-consider, They sent a link to process my money back claim that does not work. I have been sending mail daily, and never heard from them again. Their money back guarantee is a blatant lie. Beware!!!
