Well I heard an advert on the radio where if outsurance cannot save you money on your current insurer they will pay you R 400, well I have done this and and agent called back, we went through the whole process and outsurance could not beat the quote, the guy promised me that he would send me a link to upload my current ploicy and they will then pay R 400 into my bank account. A week later I sent another sms after never receiving the link via e-mail, and no one called me back. I think if a company of this stature advertises something they should keep to their word, i am disgusded in the manner these people handle and treat people and also False advertise. no one should believe that outsurance will pay them R 400. this is a hoax advert and people should not waste airtime by sending an sms.
outsurace fals advertising is costing people money.
