Staff could not explain guarantee on logo

I bought a tray of eggs at Pick n Pay Protea Glen yesterday and when I got home, realised that the eggs were rotten. Drove back to the store for replacement. Spoke to about 3 staff who could not explain what the Double Your Money Back Quality Guarantee on the package meant. They had to call a lady who advised that she is Thandekile and she explained this in her own words as a Guarantee that the quality of the product is worth double your money and not necessarily that I had to get Double my money's worth after buying damaged goods.
She exchanged the product, however, I require an explanation of what this Quality Guarantee means as signed by Raymond Ackerman. I also find it very disturbing that it had to take the 4th Staff to explain what she thought it meant.
