Amounts of R7370.37 & R804.99 incorrectly debited off my account. It's been 12 days and to this day I still do not have my refund. Consultants such as Nalini Govender and Preston Pillay dragging their feet to amend their mistakes which caused a mess up in my account. I then involved their Manager Ashnie Ramphal who also did not see any urgency promised to rectify the mistakes and give me a call back but none of that, I had to continue calling following up on what's going on. Slackly behavior from her as well.
I don't believe I deserve this as a client. Why do I have to wait so long while incompetent consultants ake mistakes and don't make prudent efforts to amend their mistakes. I'm going to report with ICASA as well. This is unfair treatment on a client. I have debit orders, responsibilities, how do I fulfill them with R8175.36 incorrectly taken from my account.
