Telkom Business ADSL down 6days

Telkom advertises Telkom as the network that makes business work. I thought that there was legislation against False advertising. My business ADSL line has been down since Saturday 29 June 2013. It is now 6 days that we are unable to register new reservations at our guest house as we can not log into our server, we are unable to send out invoices, we can not open e-mails, so a guest house that use to be fully booked is now empty. Fault ref. 12AVK290613 and 526961 (escalation ref) and ARS230045 (escalation centre). We even have a technician that has been travelling to Olifantshoek for a full 3 days and 2 nights now but still has not arrived.
The matter has now been reported to ICASA with ref. NCP1363/13 but still Telkom does not care to respond and we are loosing business on a daily basis. This is the problem with Telkom having the monopoly with telecoms. This should be criminal or at least one should be able to claim for loss of income.
Telkom, please change your add to "Telkom, the network that lets business down and keeps them down! " and please stop with the.
