So I log a complaint. They respond saying sorry. Somebody will contact me to sort it out. I get a mail from Errol Maistry to tell me that they CAN help me - I must please advise asap - Ref: REQ:2991526. I reply IMMEDIATELY and tell them to please go ahead, so I can use my contract again. So I sent another mail this morning to ask if Errol will please confirm the status. Still no response! I have been without a phone for an entire week!!! Seems like you only respond with one mail to try and calm your customers down - then you pass the buck or remove it from your list of PROMISES made... Thanks for NOTHING!!! I cannot wait to move back to the Leading Network...
