24/10/2013 - Still no response

On the 04/01/2014 i lodged a complaint at HelloPeter against FNB, who were very quick to respond on the website. A complaint reference was given to me, and sure enough i received a call from someone. This person was unable to actually answer my complaint, but did assist in bringing my application a bit further in the process, or so i thought. I've now phoned them 3 times to find out what the status is, only to be given the run around, and unfulfilled promises that someone will call me. In fact I'm sure FNB is full of e-mails back and forth that go unread. Last week i found out that my business loan for R400K was declined, but i never applied for a R400K loan. I was also told that the first loan was approved. Last week, Zondi Themba advised me of the approval, and also claimed that Thulani Khulu had sent me a mail on the 05/01. Nevertheless the mail was unreceived, and Zondi was to e-mail Thulani again and get him/her to forward that mail to me... Still no responce. I called today and spoke to Palesa Molefe, who was relatively rude and lacking in understanding, who advised that Colleen Birkmaier will/has sent an e-mail to UNKNOWN PERSON with instruction to call me.
