Avoid Telkom Mobile Online

So approximately 3-4 weeks have now gone by trying to get a contract via Telkom Mobile Online.

Firstly I apply online in order to avoid the hassle of driving to the store or filling in an application telephonically and spelling each word I say 10 times.

- Applied online. No reference number generated or provided by the system

- Wait a few days and after numerous messages to TM social, an online sales agent calls me

- The security checks fail 3 times although the information I give is 100% correct. The agent keeps telling me answer honestly like I am lying. The agent then cancels my application

- I ask to speak to a manager and explain the situation and advise i will even forward my transunion credit check

- Manager asks agent to go through checks one more time. No issue, it passes!!! Spend 52 minutes spelling out my address, personal details, etc.

- I work at the airport and the courier is nearby, so I leave work and drive there to go pick up the package. The phone is the wrong colour and worse the residential address on the invoice for RICA has the airport address so the courier can't give me the phone!!
