Adt once again fail to respond to e mail to their customer services. My previous Hellopeters 14/02 at 14.31', 19/03 at 10.37' and15/04 at 10.37. I sent an e mail on 30/04 at 8.38, which I considered urgent and have not received a response to date. I get phone calls saying the matter (Of no response to e mail) is under investigation and that is the last I hear.
