MTN CHARGING FOR NON- EXISTANT SERVICES

I have a data contract with MTN for a Sony Tablet but for the past three months I haven't received any data. I've been to their Promenade store several time to have it fixed and been told i have to make an 'appointment' with a technician which is utter rubbish to begin with. Even the technician doesn't know what the problem is and keeps on telling me to come back the next week while he checks it out or that someone will call to help me. In the meantime, MTN happily charges me for data when its their product and services at fault. When I demanded they stop charging me until they actually deliver the service they said a accounts inquiry would be logged but I'm still being charged the full amount for data they don't provide.
