Locked without authorisation

I am highly fuming as MTN has for some reason blocked either the sim or phone that. My sister and I gave to my mum. The sim os on a contract my sister took out and the phone I gave my mother as I had extra phones.
My mother went to the pavillion branch in this week and had to run from one consultant to the other
As they don't seem to know their job, now to top it all the sim and the phone is not working or block.
I want someone to call me now from higher management, I want to know who authorised the block, on what grounds. Why wasn't advice given if they couldn't assist. This was given to my mother as a gift. You guys made her run from pillar to post and she suffers with sugar. I want answers and I want it NOW from a manager
With names of who sent communication to block. I WILL take this further if I am not happy with this response
As someone there and I want a person with mentality that can provide me with answers
