Quick To Debit But Slow To Credit

Debtbusters double debited me in December, first on 21/12/2012 then again on 27/12/2012, with the result that the second debit order was returned for insufficient funds and I was charged R60.00 for an unpaid item. They sent me several texts in early December stating that I must make provision for earlier than usual debit order, which I did, and their debit order on 21/12/2012 was successful. But then they debited (or tried to) again on the 27/12/2012. My emails on this matter have been ignored. Lo and behold, on 26/01/2013 I was debited twice again, and when I queried this, I was told it was because of the unpaid debit order in December! When I pointed out to them that their so-called "unpaid" debit order was in fact an error on their part, they apologised and promised a refund. That was 3 days ago and now today I have incurred, through their incompetence, another unpaid debit order, this time for my cellphone contract! I emailed them this morning and so far have received only an automated response! I demand a refund of the 2 x R60 unpaid item charges plus the R234 they took on 26/01/2013. As of now, no feedback whatsoever received. Pathetic, disgusting service!!!
