So MTN you decided to take R2144 from me? What for? Last night a debit order was run by MTN and debited my account with R2144 which I don t even know what this amount is for. OK I did fone your call center and was informed that I have used a lot of data in November amounting to R1700. Thats a coz I have nevr ever used that kind of data and besides you already billed me R1500 in December.
Here is the last three months billing amounts as per my statement i received from you: October my amount was R546.69, November R655.76 December R405. So where are you getting R2144 from? My account is outdated so with debit order of R1500 debited in December. So tell me where are you getting this ridiculous figure? Even if you want to combine my last 3 months bills you wont get R2144.
I will never accept this kind of my money.
My advise to the public, be awre of MTN, they might be getting rich by overdebting your accounts. Check your statements and as for me I am moving to CellC where they are even cheaper and good quality of service
