My 10gb contract for R199/month expired a while back and I have being paying month to month. I called to cancel on 1 November, was told I had to email my cancellation. So I did so on 1 November. I thought in the first week of December I would check that it was processed as I never received a response. Needless to say- my contract was not cancelled. I called in again to be told that my logged issue had not been attended to yet. Day 3 and I have not been contacted- this is not acceptable!
