Cancelled contract still taking money

Hi

I want to complain about Virgin Mobile South Africa Head office, My contract ended in January 2014 and as far as I know you need to cancell it 3 months ahead, since Agust 2013 I tried to cancell my contract every time they tell me it is too early, In November 2013 I finally got it right to cancell the contract after a huge fight with them as they said I an already to late too cancell thus I have to pay an extra month contract money which is end of January 2014. Wich I also dont aggree with as the last money should have been end of December, Know they Debit the contract money and R141 for the Handset as the contract was cancelled to early. Virgin Mobile is in my eyes as they are my money.

I want all my money paid back into my account, by the end of this week or I will take it to my lawyer to sort out.
