I queried on the 2/3 of October 2013 when I receive Data when my debit order is paid on the 20th. - was told by the call centre agent that I get 100mb Data on the 1st of every month, but since my debit order went off successfully on the 20/09/13 I bought data bundles about 3 times and the consultant told me that my 100 data bundle was credited to my phn on the 1st but it was already depleted on the 1st and this was the data that I bought.. Consultant sent me a mail of data usage but I replied back to her and said but the mail doesn't make sense because it doesn't even show where my data was credited an the dates she sent was the data that bought. She never even responded at my email she just decided to ignore me.. I fist had to query why they r charging me for my new contract and my old one now I don't receive my statements even after I queried this... I should've stayed with Vodacom really didn't have all this nonsense
