In december I decided to upgrade my 8ta pre-paid number to a new contract. Their systems were unable to keep my old number and i was issued with a new number with the assurance that the old number would be transferred to the new account within a weeks time.
After repeated calls and almost two months later I still have two numbers, and to add fat to the fire they informed me today that there is a spending limit on the contract which can only be increased after three months as I am a new customer - no cognisance taken of me being a Telkom customer for more than 18 years
So for now I am unable to make calls on the phone until the start of the new billing cycle
