I reported a fault that our ISDN box wasn't working and a technician had to come out and fix it they said i would receive a reference number by sms. 3 days later after no feedback or reference number i called in to find out what was going on and i was informed that my fault i logged was filed incorrectly and had been closed. which i find incompetent and unacceptable. so they said they would reopen it, mark it as urgent and a technician would phone me. i asked them for a reference number and they said ill get it by sms. well guess what its almost 2 weeks later and i haven't heard anything. i never received a call or got a reference number. iv tried calling in to complain and non of the numbers work. This problem is affecting our business and i want an explanation, solution and apology from telkom
