Sim card activation problems

Hi, i purchased the Telkom 8Ta 7.5GB bundle Month to Month Contract.
I was asked to pay up front an amount of R 249.00. Which i did via EFT on 28-Nov-2013
As of 03-Dec-2013 No one was able to No 1 - activate the sim
No-2 Tell me what was the problem is.

I have visited the branch in Sandton city and the manager told it will be fixed and even he dont have any idea on this. They were unable to trace the payment confirmation which i handed to them. And they told it was a back office mistake and they are still trying to fix it

They promised to phone me back But they didn't do it. I called them back, but they kept me on the phone until it went dead without speaking a word to me.

This shows me the customer service how it was handled by Telkom 8TA.

I would like to have money refunded to me or sim activated.
Either one has to done or i will lose my problem.
Should i be taking legal action against them.

I still have the documents and Sim card which is not activated yet the day i made the transaction up front.
