You keep giving me the incorrect info, after your 1st response i took the initiative to call mtn again. The legal team said also that am responsible for the account but because am 100% sure that i never opened this account i begged them to transfer me to the department. I was then help by a gentlemen who ask me all relevant question regarding this, he managed to tell me that the acc was opened in sandton and i only went to sandton to take a phone i had in for repairs in (2009). He the said he will ask them to re-investigate. He did come back to me and they found that whoever was capturing the phone in for repairs, captured my details for a new contract which definitely is MTN's fault. I have been harassed by the attorney making feel like am a crimanal where as your consultant captured the incorrect info. He then said he will forward all details for that account to be credited internally. This is the number i have been calling for your department 011 912 4466. And for 2 years this has been going on. Dissapointinng that you guys are quick to respond but not investigate properly. Check with your department PLEASE cause you have caused incoinvience
