I opened a account gave Edgars a copy of my ID document stipulating it must be AGD Calonne. They have my details on my bill as A DANNIE! The adress on the bill is also totally incorrect to the one I gave. I asked my wife to call them to fix it, they said they can't. She told them that how can they expect payment if the billing information is incorrect how would we know if we not paying someone else's account. They said she can't change the info I have to, but she explained to them that I work in a factory most of the time and can't phone, but if they just go back to my id document which they have on file! WHY IS IT THAT THE CUSTOMER MUST CALL IN TO GET THE ACCOUNT DETAIL FIXED UP IF THEY HAVE THE INFO ON HAND?
