How I have been robbed of R1500 from telkom

I have been paying my account every month. Due to an incorrect account number telkom allowed someone else to pay money into my account in 2012. I find out this year ar THE END OF MY CONTRACT THAT I NEED TO PAY R1500 IN. WHERE MUST I GET THIS MONEY? I AM CURRENTLY NOT WORKING!!
THEN I SEND MY HUSBAND IN TO PAY IN A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT AS MDULI MCHUNU SAID I CAN PAY IT OVER THREE MONTHS AND THEY TELL HIM AT THE COUNTER I MUST PAY IT INTO AN ACCOUNT. WHY THE RUN AROUND? THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE AND I AM NOT THE ONE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE BUT I MUST PAY?? DUE TO YOUR ADMIN ERRORS NOT CHECKING TELKOM, I MUST PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES???
I HAVE A BABY AND I AM NOT WORKING AT THE MOMENT. YOU ARE TAKING THE BREAD OUT OF OUR MOUTHS FOR YOUR MISTAKES.
Please someone act in good faith and assist me. I have being paying my account faithfully every month. and this is the thank you I get for loyal service?
